Qualifications:

  • Non-standard Auto Insurance experience and/or a customer service/sales background.
  • Ability to work within a commission structure.
  • Agents must have a 2/20 license.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
