Qualifications:
- Non-standard Auto Insurance experience and/or a customer service/sales background. Ability to work within a commission structure.
- Agents must have a 2/20 license.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
